We hop on our discovery call to chat details about your business and what it is that you want to achieve. We'll discuss timelines, mentorship packages, and action plans.
After the call, you'll receive a Mentorship Package proposal. You'll decide which package you want to move forward with, sign a contract, and handle payment.

You'll receive your onboarding welcome packet that will give you all the details you need about how to access your mentorship materials (if any), allow you to book your call on my calendar, and get you prepped and ready to hit the ground running!

Yes! Shanté has a limited capacity for private mentees, so she does have some requirements for it. Mentees need to have already taken some classes or programs (doesn't have to be from Shanté) and are at an intermediate to advanced level. All businesses grow differently so there aren't any business age requirements, but it is recommended that your business makes at least $2k/mo USD consistently before you apply for mentorship. (This is usually a minimum of 1-3 clients on your roster.)
The live calls will be scheduled based on Shanté's availability Monday-Wednesday, 8am-2pm Chicago time (CST). Before you apply, make sure you take into account any timezone differences and your own availability.
