Here’s what to expect from this episode:

Complaining about the algorithm and how it’s treating us as social media managers and our clients has become a very prevalent thing over the past couple of years. With Instagram ever evolving and changing, it’s hard to stop and actually be grateful that this is what we are complaining about.

In this episode, Carole explains how it used to be when the world revolved around traditional media, small business owners didn’t even have a fork in the figurative pie because they didn’t have the budget to open the doors to that sort of opportunity. This isn’t the only mind-opening way of thinking you’ll be witnessing in this episode.

Carole is known for her no BS attitude online. She tells it like it is, and we got a whole lot of that gold on this episode! We sit down and talk about all things social media, the focus we should have as social media managers, how to make more money in our profession, the reality of being always plugged in, her life and experience about what makes huge waves and results for her clients and students, and so many other gems where you’ll take a breath and feel really seen.
